Ren Xinyi, a junior of the School of Foreign Languages of GuiZhou University of Finance and Economics majoring in translation, has managed to balance her study and life through her own efforts. This offers us a truth that staying positive and energetic makes a colorful life.
"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Nowadays, in a fast-paced world full of high-pressure, things that allow us to regulate ourselves and push us to make progress take on a different meaning. Ren is an optimistic a girl with wide interests, always dedicating to the collectives. She has taken the initiative in participating in a variety of activities and organized a number of large-scale activities, such as the recording of campus propaganda videos of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics and the singing of anti-COVID19 songs of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. She lays emphasis on appearance, so as a member of the school etiquette team, she has participated in school-level etiquette activities many times. She is passionate about music, so she participated in the School Art Troupe and became the vice president of the School Sing Association, while being especially fond of playing the piano, she has passed the amateur band 10 of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She is a sports lover, also the commissary in charge of sports in the class. For being qualified with excellent physical fitness, she is good at running, long jump and swimming and has done a good job when attending school sports meeting. These short narratives above are filled with wears of youthful enthusiasm, but still fail to summarize the whole picture of her college life.
Some people hold that school is a place to learn, while too many interests will end up with nothing. However, Ren has never lagged behind in learning. She diligently studies professional knowledge, fulfills quality and quantity requirements of learning tasks, comes top of the class with her academic achievements, so she has been awarded academic scholarships many times. As a student majoring in translation, she has never stopped improving her ability of English theoretically and practically. Also, her oral English is quite great. She has actively participated in the English Dubbing Competition organized by our own university. At the same time, she has taken part in the Liaoning Province Translation Competition, and has obtained a good result, not to mention CET-4 and CET-6, as well as the Teacher Qualification Certificate.
In daily life Ren is a lively and cheerful girl who has a wide range of good relationships with others. Some people hold that we are born with loneliness, so they tend to find a room where they can amuse themselves. However, some people don't want to be alone, so they looked around to find everything attractive. Though one comes to this world alone, one will encounter more than a pair of hot eyes when opening eyes. Therefore, why do not we seize every moment of life, and feel and enjoy the world with your heart?
We cannot be Ren, nor need to be her, but we can surely find something familiar to ourselves more or less.
